The venue can be found on the Central Manchester University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (CMFT) campus, in the heart of Manchester’s Innovation District and on the largest clinical academic campus in Europe. This beautiful Grade II listed building seamlessly blends cutting-edge, purpose-built laboratories with office and conference facilities.

The perfect spot to host both small meetings and larger events, this venue brings old and new together in a space that’s certain to impress. The venue is home to three intimate meeting rooms; each equipped with a presentation screen and white boards across three walls. These spaces seat up to 8 people, with the latest teleconferencing technology to make connecting easy.

Each room also comes with free tea and coffee for as long as your meeting lasts, with our reception team on hand to help with any special requests. If you’re planning something larger, Citylabs 1.0’s event space can hold up to 150 people in theatre-style comfort. Here, three rooms open into one, creating extra room for a board meeting, workshop or conference.

With a dedicated bar area and onsite kitchen, the space opens out into a stunning glass atrium, ideal for networking, while a stage, projector, TVs and microphones guarantee a flawless presentation.
