Bright Building

The Bright Building is MSP’s newest, state-of-the-art workspace designed to function as the heart of the Park. Complete with cafe, fitness studio and large communal space perfect for events and conferences, this is a place where people can connect, collaborate and share ideas. And with 70,000 sq ft of space over three storeys, the building has plenty of room for growth. You’ll have the flexibility of creating a workspace bespoke to your needs, with 2,000 sq ft to a full floorplate of 16,000 sq ft available from Summer 2017. Built for connections, each floor of the Bright Building has a number of flexible meeting rooms and collaborative spaces. With three meeting rooms, six breakout areas and a boardroom holding up to ten delegates, our team will be on hand to help you with whatever setup you need.

The ground floor atrium and outside garden provides space for both formal and informal events, allowing you to meet, socialise and relax. For larger events, the atrium can hold up to 200 people for conferences, events, workshops and exhibition space. State-of-the-art Cisco Telepresence technology is installed within the meeting rooms to help you with presentations and virtual meetings. With intuitive face track technology, you can connect and engage with others from across the country like never before.
