Classic bedrooms offer a wide range of amenities including all the four star luxuries you would expect. Fine cotton sheets, a selection of pillows, over sized flat screen TVs with DVD players and complimentary broadband internet access are among the many creature comforts our guests enjoy to make them feel at home.

Some are situated in the main house, with original features such as fireplaces, whilst others are located in the elegantly refurbished courtyard. These bedrooms are larger than Classic bedrooms although they vary in size and shape. These rooms can be twinned, please contact us if you require this.

Spending the night in a well appointed hotel bedroom is one of life’s real luxuries and our Double Deluxe bedrooms are exceptional, taking advantage of all the original features of this historic building such as fireplaces, cornicing and arched windows. Each Deluxe bedroom is individually decorated and occupies a great position within the building; many are on the corners, meaning they offer exceptional views across the grounds.

The bedrooms overlook gardens whilst the lounges have views of the magical moat and front of the hotel. With a light period colour scheme, original features and contemporary fittings they are an ideal place to relax. For an added touch of novelty, access is by private stairs.

Situated in the main house, the Rose Arey Suite has been lovingly restored and subtly blends timeless features with contemporary details. The separate sitting room and bedroom have stunning views over the grounds, moat and gardens and are filled with light. The overall effect is one of indulgence and romance, thanks also to the presence of a hand carved wooden bed. With the addition of a sofa bed, this suite is perfect for families.

A large four poster bed is the irresistibly romantic feature of The Albatross Suite in the main house of the hotel. The Albatross has a separate sitting room and bedroom and stunning views over the grounds, moat and gardens. The large original windows and period colour scheme make this a light and airy place to relax and you will find steps up to a contemporary bathroom.

The Princess Elizabeth Suite provides a touch of magic. For celebrations or an extra special treat, enquire about this Feature Suite, which occupies original rooms of the main house. The suite has a separate sitting room and magnificent four poster bed in the bedroom, as well as a beautiful bathroom with walk in shower and roll top bath complete with his and hers basins overlooking the grounds.
