Terms

All reservations are subject to the following Terms & Conditions and no variation will be accepted unless agreed in writing by Horseradish a registered brand of Chester Race Company Ltd  

Deposits

Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days from the date of the booking and will be treated as unsecured until a deposit of £20.00 per person has been received. All deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred against the final balance or any other events. Payment of deposit accepts our terms. 

Final Numbers

Final numbers are required 1 calendar month before the event date  

Payment

Full pre-payment is to be made 1 calendar month prior to the date of the event. In the event of non-payment of the full amount Chester Race Company reserves the right to treat such non-payment as repudiation of this contract. Full payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to any other events. 

Cancellation

All dates are subject to confirmation and licensing. Chester Race Company Ltd reserve the right to cancel the event, in such a case Chester Race Company Ltd will endeavour to offer an alternative date for the event. Chester Race Company Ltd will not be liable for any costs incurred by the client. In the case of cancellation by the client within 1 calendar month before the event, this will result in the loss of all monies paid.  

Personal Liability

If any agreement is signed in the name of a corporation, partnership, association, club or society, the persons so signing represents and warrants to Chester Race Company Ltd that he or she has full authority to sign such contract and in the event that he or she is not so authorised, he or she will be personally liable for the faithful performance of this agreement.  

Damages

Any expenses incurred for damages caused by any guest of the Client or of any outside contractor hired by the Client shall be the responsibility of the Client who agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Chester Race Company from all claims and actions against them arising as a result thereof.  

Force Majeure

If for any reason beyond its control, but not limited to strike, labour dispute, accident. Act of war, act of God, fire, flood or any other emergency condition, Chester Race Company Ltd is unable to perform its obligations under this agreement such non performance is excused and Chester Race Company Ltd may terminate this agreement without further liability of any nature upon return of the deposit paid. In no event shall Chester Race Company Ltd be liable for consequential damages of any nature or any reason whatsoever.  

Menu

Chester Race Company Ltd reserve the right to substitute alternative food or drink of a similar quality if the items on the menu cannot be conveniently obtained.  

Chester Race Company Ltd admit no liability for any illness caused by an allergy that Chester Race Company Ltd were not made aware of in writing prior to the event.  

No foods, wines, liquor, beers or minerals are permitted be brought into Chester Race Company Ltd  

Admittance

Chester Race Company Ltd reserve the right to refuse entry on the evening. Should there be reason to doubt any person’s age, Chester Race Company Ltd will request identification to be shown, failure to do so will result in eviction from or non admittance to the venue. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted.  

FAQ's

Deposits: A deposit of £20.00 per person is required to secure your party places. This payment is non-transferrable and non-refundable and cannot be transferred against the final balance or any other events. Payment of deposit accepts our terms. 

Payments: Full pre-payment is to be made one calendar month prior to the date of the event.

Parking: Car parking is available throughout your party night. 

Dress code: We encourage you to dress to impress! Men must have collared shirts and smart shoes (smart jeans permitted).
