Red Rock Venues & Events is one of Australia’s leading hospitality groups offering a range of award-winning function spaces and venues across Melbourne, Sydney, Western Australia and Cairns.

With a diverse range of venue types, locations and clientele, Red Rock Venues & Events required a solution that delivered transparency across the business, improved efficiency within individual venues and centralised data storage and access.

iVvy’s cloud-based venue management platform was rolled out across seven key Red Rock venues. iVvy’s solution resolved Red Rock’s main management hurdles: a lack of aggregated data, transparent reporting across the business and detailed pipeline management.

With 40 users from floor staff to functions team to executive management, Red Rock’s sites were previously using multiple venue management systems making centralised reporting, customer communication and standardised processes difficult to manage.

Results
