This iconic space never fails to wow your guests. With more than 2,000m2 under the famous 16m-high roof, it’s spacious and airy, perfect for exhibitions and conferences. With all the tech you need, plus cloakrooms, organiser’s office and breakout rooms, holding an event at the BDC Mezzanine couldn’t be easier. As well as the ground floor space, you get to make use of twenty-four Gallery Bays on the level above the Mezzanine. It’s handy for extra exhibition stands or even a VIP area. Overlooking the entire central space, your guests won’t resist going up for a bird’s eye view.  

Our Gallery Hall is one of our most versatile events spaces. At 890m2, it has all the room you need to make your show a success. With all the tech you need, plus a cloakroom and admin area, staging an event at the Gallery Hall is easy and hassle-free. It’s also ideal an add-on space for an event in the Mezzanine.    Atrium- Overlooking the Gallery Hall is our 550m2 Atrium. It means you can expand your event with extra stands or even a VIP room. Your guests won’t be able to resist going up for a bird’s eye view.

The Auditorium is another versatile, flexible space at the Business Design Centre. With room for over 500 seated delegates and tiered seating for 268, it is perfect for your product launch, fashion show or film screening. There is enough space for an audio-visual set up that will blow your guests away. You can also use our motorised ceiling rig with state-of-the-art lighting and sound equipment. For a larger event, why not use the Auditorium in conjunction with Rooms D to H, and create an open, theatre-style space for up to 700

Because no two events are the same – Room A is an expansive space, adaptable to all your requirements. For conferences with up to 250 guests, the BDC’s Room A is the ideal choice. It’s a space that puts you in control – create partitions and walkways, customise the room for extra impact, combine it with Room B or the Gallery Hall. Whatever you do, you’re sure to create an event your guests will remember

Each of these seven rooms seat between 60 and 90 people. However, you can rearrange partition walls to create more space if you need to. For breakout rooms, meetings and classes, these rooms are ideal. They also make an excellent add-on area if you’re holding an event in one of our larger spaces. Rooms B-H are flexible, versatile event spaces that suit whatever job you give them. From exams to cocktail making classes to the VIP room at the Brides show – if you can imagine it, you can make it happen.
