Our main hall is fully versatile. We can accommodate up to 550 delegates seated in theatre style, and we can also layout the room with large round tables. The room comes with a ceiling mounted projector, along with a professional digital sound desk and lights. We have a raised staging area situated at the front of the hall with easy access to our side entry loading bay.

Our newest room at the Vine Conference Centre is our Pentland Room, which is designed for up to 100 delegates seated in a theatre style, however the room is large enough to fit large round tables. The Pentland room comes with a ceiling mounted projector, along with air conditioning facilities.  The room comes fully equipped with wi-fi and has a flexible room layout.

The Highland Room is a high-quality boardroom with 12 luxury leather seats and a high-quality oak table. This room is flooded with natural light and is ideal for team meetings, small staff training days or even board meetings.

The Ochil room is an ideal size for smaller conferences and events and has the facility to seat 50.

The Grampian room is an ideal size for smaller meetings and has the facility to seat 35 in a theatre style or 28 seating with tables. The room comes with a ceiling mounted projector and built in sound system. The room comes fully equipped with wi-fi with a flexible room layout and great natural light.

The Cuillin room is one of the smallest rooms we have on offer which can accommodate both tables and chairs in a flexible way. We can set this up as 20 theatre style or 12 seated with tables.

The Kintail room is our smallest room, however can still provide an excellent setting for carrying out interviews, or even small staff meetings.  This room is ideal for people looking for some flexible venue hires in Dunfermline.
