The Princess Suite is our largest room at 517m squared and comes with exclusive use of the Windsor Lounge our mezzanine bar area.  The Princess Suite is square in shape and has fully adjustable lighting meaning the room is ideal for larger conferences or dinners.  The room also benefits from partitions, adding flexibility to the room.

The Royal Suite is perfectly situated on the half way line overlooking the Madejski stadium pitch ensuring it is the most sought after room on a match day. The Royal Suite is ideal for meetings and conferences with a capacity of 100 theatre style, and state of the art plasma screens.

The Premier Suite is located on the corner flag of the west stand with a perfect view of the goal line.  The Suite has a large bar, foyer area with a marble bar top and soft furnishings teamed with soft adjustable lighting, the Premier Suite creates the perfect atmosphere for pre-dinner drinks.

1871, the year it all began for Reading Football Club.  The 1871 Suite is steeped in meaning for any loyal Royal.  This pitch facing room is on the adjacent corner to the Premier Suite offering the same fantastic views.

The Kennet and Loddon, both rivers in Reading and our two smaller rooms on the first floor. Both have modern furnishings, are fully air-conditioned and fitted with plasma screens. Perfect for syndicate rooms, breakfast meetings, training or smaller meetings for up to 70 delegates. 

The Reading Football Club Boardroom offers the ideal space for any board or executive meeting for up to 16 delegates.  With a large boardroom table, executive leather seats and a 50” plasma screen this room makes it less tough at the top. The Executive Lounge, also on the second floor, offers small meeting space in modern surroundings.  Ideal for a syndicate room, board meeting or training event. 

The second floor plays host to the Director’s Lounge, the epitome of comfort and luxury.  An ambition for any football fan and privilege for any event booker. The spacious room balances modern furnishings with traditional club memories.  The versatility of the Director’s Lounge makes it the perfect room for any event.    

The Trophy Room generates feelings of nostalgia and sentimentality, with old club photos and of course the club trophies, including the Championship Trophy. The Trophy Room is a room with a talking point for small meetings, networking or training events, or the private bar lends itself to small dinners.

Good things come in small packages when it comes to our Executive Suites.  All of our Executive Suites have fantastic views over the pitch through floor to ceiling windows, are fully air conditioned and fitted with plasma television and boardroom tables.  Ideal for smaller meetings of up to ten people, break out rooms or office space by the hour.

The Dome is the Madejski Stadium’s £1 million indoor Academy Training Centre.  The state of art facility is ideal for any team building activity or company away day and the 60m by 40m fibroturf pitch is fully covered ensuring the unpredictable weather can’t spoil your day.
