In the event of cancellation of the reservation within 72 hours of arrival (14:30 check-in), we shall endeavour to re-let the room. Should we be unable to do so however, regretfully we must charge the first nights quoted tariff including any extras which may have been booked and this will be debited from your credit card. If your reservation is made within 72 hours of your arrival, you will automatically be in the cancellation period. All cancellations made beyond 72 hours of the day of arrival will incur a £10 administration fee.
